Thompson Lange is owner/buyer for Homescapes Carmel, the home furninshings store in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California that he co-owns with his brother, Beau. Homescapes Carmel opened in 1999 mixing plants, orchids, art and gifts with furniture and accessories collected around the world. Thompson is the 2008 Board Chair of the Carmel Chamber of Commerce and is a contributing writer and retail advisory board member for several local and national magazines. In his off time he’s five continents into running marathons around the world, with the Comrades Ultra in South Africa in May 09 and Athens Classic in November 09 ahead of him before he joins the Seven Continents club.
